Awesome course. I learn a lot from it. The instructor is really good at explaining what ketosis is, why is beneficial and how it’s related to intermittent fasting. Also, he is pretty good at showing several different ways to measure whether you have achieved ketosis or not. The lectures are very well organized so if you really want to review on a particular area, then you can find it really easily. A really good course. I will recommend it.
